For departures from your accommodation:

If you're being picked up from a hotel, your driver will meet you either at the hotel's reception area or outside the main entrance.
If you're located in an apartment or private villa, the driver will arrive at the specified location at the agreed-upon time.
If your pickup location is different or requires specific directions, kindly provide us with the address along with any pertinent details such as landmarks to assist our driver in locating you promptly.

Please note that after the complimentary waiting period, a waiting fee of 10 EUR will be charged for every started 10-minute interval.
